Mold Design And Manufacture
We own the mold factory in Huizhou, China. From mold design to manufacturing, the whole process is house. Our motor laminaton stamping die covers the single-row die, the double die, etc. Products include the single piece,self-fastening core, and the self-bonding lamination core.
The mold factory is run by a team of highly skilled and experienced mold makers and engineers. All of our engineers are cross-trained and proficient in all equipment.

We offer both progressive stamping and compound stamping to cater to diverse production requirements.
Our facility houses 15 high-speed punch presses, including precision AIDA punches from Japan, Yingyu from Taiwan, and Jingda punches. These sophisticated machines enable us to maintain exceptional accuracy and efficiency.

Stator and rotor Heat Treatment
Heat treatment can improve the hardness and toughness of the material, making the stator and rotor more durable and extending the life of the motor. By controlling conditions such as temperature and cooling rate, the size and shape of the stator stacks and rotor stacks can be adjusted to maintain its processing accuracy.
We have advanced heat treatment equipment such as chain continuous. This processing will let the iron loss down by about 20%. and it will improve the motor core performance. Fit for the motor which is required high efficiency.
Our facility boasts six semi-automatic production lines dedicated to crafting refrigerator compressor stators with exceptional precision.
We have manufactured tens of millions of rotor cores using advanced four and six processing station centrifugal casting machines. The ton range is 280~400T.
We have rotor CNC grinders, rotor CNC boring machines, and other precision equipment, which can effectively ensure the processing quality of a high-precision rotor.
